Not quite right? Don’t worry! You have 7 days upon receipt of goods to return your item to us for an exchange.
To exchange your item for a different size or colour, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with the hangtag attached.
If the item has defect, please take a photo of the defect with your proof of purchase and email them to us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Minor differences in measurements or colour differences due to lighting are not considered defects.

If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then you can choose another item with the same value or higher and top up for the difference.
A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase.
Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item. NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, sale items, intimates, swimwear, earrings, health and skincare items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Only regular priced items may be refunded and exchanged. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you would like to return your item(s), we will refund you only in shopping credits within 7 days upon receiving and inspection of returned item(s).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and shopping credits of the same value will be applied to your shopping account with 3 months of validity.
Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
